An Introduction to Arabic Geometric Art Workshop

Another unique event brought to you by The Creative Society Manchester

Under the care of our instructor, we will be learning how to create our own tessilation, or beautiful geometric repeated pattern, which we can then complete by colouring, or simply carry on repeating in black & white! (It's addictive)

This is a mindful activity (An activity that helps you to become engrossed in what you are doing and focus on the moment!) Mindfulness can have a big impact on your  general wellbeing as well as anxiety and stress-relief.
