We are happy to be holding our super popular Alhambra art class, at a new venue: Artzi Islamic gallery in Bradford!
UK's first and largest physical Islamic art gallery and store featuring 1000's of original art works.
Workshop
This session is concentrated around the incredible architecture, art and unique geometric art of Alhambra Palace. The palace is inscribed on the World Heritage list, due to its universal beauty and exceptional expression of Muslim and Andalusian culture, as well as for its ability to convey the history of the changes to the region over time through its architecture and decorative campaigns.
Under the care of our instructor, you will be learning how to create your own geometric patterns. This type of art has a rich tradition and we will be learning more about the history and practicing the skill of creating our very own art pieces.
We have a dedicated workshop space, as well as complimentary Arabic sweets!
