Sunflower Trail & Art Workshop! A summer wellbeing event.

Enjoy a beautiful afternoon in nature, with a relaxed trail around the spectacular sunflower trail and wildflower meadow, at Dunham Massey.... finishing off with a relaxing sunflower themed art workshop!

Get lost amongst the giant sunflowers and wildflowers, enjoy the sun on your face & the fragrance of flowers, the open fields and farmyard animals at the cafe! PLUS Pick your very own giant sunflower to take home! 

Finish off with a creative & colourful art workshop, with The Creative Society Manchester! An outdoor painting session with a view of the sunflower field, or in the giant teepee available, depending on the weather! The weather looks great (23 degrees and sun!) for the day, but always bring wellies or walking shoes to the British countryside, as it can get quite muddy! :)

Food & drink: The famous Ash Farm freshly made ice-cream available at the cafe as well as hot drinks and cold drinks, woodfire pizza, snacks and souvenirs  available to purchase!

Adult tickets include entrance to the trail, free parking, a giant sunflower to take home & full art workshop!

Childrens session includes, sunflower trail, a treasure hunt adventure sheet, pencil and a pack of sweets upon maze completion, plus an age-appropriate art workshop! 

All entrance and flower picking fees paid by us: your tickets price includes everything including parking.

This is a mixed session of adults and children. Both will be seated slightly apart, but in view of each other. 

The session will begin with 30 mins to wander and take in thesunflower trail/explore the maze. This is also your change to pick a giant sunflower if you want to, to use as your painting reference & take home with you!..As well as your colourful sunflower art to take home as a the perfect memory of the day. 

Adults/children accompanied by an adult, may use this as free time to wander the trail at your own pace/complete the treasure hunt. Children being dropped off/left for the session will be accompanied around the trail by me, Sumayyah. (Children aged 7plus) Parents must sign a data sheet with their/their childs information at drop off. 

The workshop will take part on wooden benches at the site.

Our artists will be on hand to help and inspire with your paintings!
